Customers can schedule cancellation from billing. Service remains available through the paid period unless suspended for abuse or security reasons.
Duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charges will be corrected. Other requests are reviewed according to the purchased offer, consumed resources, third-party costs and applicable law. Domain, payment-provider, messaging and provisioned infrastructure costs may be non-refundable.
Submit requests through the customer portal with the invoice number and reason. Approved refunds return to the original method where supported.
