🛡️ Platform Governance & Standards
KKCSI Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the standards and rules governing all users, organizations, and third-party integrations using the KKCSI AI Platform, AI Workers, Singapore Cloud Web Hosting, and WhatsApp messaging infrastructure.
1. General Prohibited Activities
You may not use KKCSI services for any activity that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing upon the rights of others, including:
- Fraud & Impersonation: Deceptive financial schemes, impersonation of government authorities, fake banking alerts, or misleading identity claims.
- Malware & Cyber Attacks: Hosting or transmitting viruses, trojans, ransomware, vulnerability scanning tools, or initiating Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
- Harassment & Hate Speech: Promoting violence, hate speech, unlawful discrimination, or distributing non-consensual content.
- Security Safeguard Bypassing: Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass tenant isolation, rate limits, or platform authentication barriers.
2. Responsible AI & Messaging Guidelines
When deploying autonomous AI Workers to communicate with prospective leads and customers:
- Opt-In & Consent: You must have explicit consent to contact recipients via WhatsApp or SMS. Bulk unsolicited spam messaging is strictly prohibited.
- Opt-Out Honoring: All automated conversational flows must honor user requests to unsubscribe or stop receiving messages immediately.
- Truth in AI Representation: AI Workers must not misrepresent themselves as licensed medical doctors, financial fiduciary advisors, or legal attorneys providing certified binding advice.
- Human Handoff: When requested by the end customer or when sentiment turns urgent, conversations should seamlessly transition to designated human staff.
3. Cloud Web Hosting & Infrastructure Standards
For customers utilizing KKCSI Singapore NVMe Web Hosting and DirectAdmin server environments:
- Software Patching: All installed web applications (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP plugins) must be regularly updated to prevent known vulnerability exploitation.
- Resource Abuse: You may not operate open mail relays, crypto-mining scripts, peer-to-peer file sharing nodes, or background processes that degrade shared CPU/NVMe performance for other tenants.
4. Enforcement & Incident Isolation
To preserve platform stability and security for all tenants:
- KKCSI employs automated rate limiters, Fail2Ban intrusion detection, and behavioral threat monitoring.
- In the event of severe security violations or abusive spam campaigns, KKCSI reserves the right to immediately isolate or suspend the offending service.
- Whenever feasible, KKCSI will notify the account administrator with remediation instructions prior to permanent suspension.
5. Reporting Abuse
If you suspect that a service hosted on KKCSI is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it directly:
