KKCSI Data Deletion Instructions

Version 2.4 · Compliant with Meta Platform Terms & PDPA Regulations

KKCSI provides full transparency and self-service control over your business data. In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and Malaysia PDPA, you may disconnect third-party channels or permanently delete your account data at any time.

1. Disconnecting WhatsApp Business & Meta Integrations

If you wish to remove KKCSI's access to your WhatsApp Business phone number or Meta Business Manager:

Option A: Disconnect from the KKCSI Client Portal (Recommended)
  1. Sign in to your KKCSI Client Portal.
  2. Navigate to WhatsApp & Channels.
  3. Locate your connected phone number and click Disable / Disconnect.
  4. KKCSI will immediately cease receiving incoming webhooks and revoke OAuth tokens.
Option B: Disconnect from Meta Business Settings
  1. Go to Meta Business Settings.
  2. Navigate to Integrations → Connected Apps.
  3. Locate KKCSI AI Platform and click Remove.

2. Disconnecting Facebook Pages & Instagram Professional

To revoke Social Studio publishing and engagement access:

  • In the KKCSI Client Portal, go to Social Studio → Connections and click Revoke Access.
  • Alternatively, remove KKCSI in your Facebook Profile Settings under Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations.

3. Permanent Account & Knowledge Base Deletion

To request permanent deletion of your organization's entire data profile, including knowledge base vectors, customer chat histories, and AI worker configurations:

Submit an Automated Deletion Request:
  1. Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@kkcsi.com or submit a ticket in the Client Portal.
  2. Your request must originate from the registered owner's email address on your organization profile.
  3. Include your Organization Name / Slug and connected phone numbers.

4. Deletion Processing Timeline

  • Verification (Within 24 Hours): We verify identity and account ownership to prevent unauthorized deletion.
  • Database Purge (Within 72 Hours): All vector embeddings, document uploads, message logs, and credentials are permanently purged from active PostgreSQL databases and Redis caches.
  • Encrypted Backups (Within 30 Days): Encrypted historical snapshot backups automatically expire and overwrite within 30 days.
  • Financial & Tax Records: Invoices and statutory billing transaction records are retained strictly as required by Singapore (IRAS) and Malaysia (LHDN) tax laws.
